Ruthin RFC Welsh Rugby Union ruling, under the Community Policy document, means clubs from the north cannot rise higher than Division Four North from next year. This will mean Ruthin being relegated to Division 4 North for 2006/2007 no matter what happens next season. Captain Rhys Hughes stated "It's a catastrophic thing to happen to north Wales rugby. |
